OG Hickory is what you expect for a more "traditional" jerky, but with a great balance of flavor and hickory smokiness. Victorious BIG is a blend of a little bit of sweet with a peppery stout. Nelson Mandilla is South Africa's version of jerky - instead of slicing the Angus beef first, the beef is cured and dried whole and then sliced afterwards which lends to a very soft, proscuitto like texture with a subtle dill flavor.
